Return & Refund Policy

Return policy:

  • We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • For raise return request, you can contact us at hello@pahadihatti.in or raise ticket via website.
  • To complete your exchange/return, the invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup. Once used, products will not be eligible for return.
  • We are happy to assist with exchanges/returns in the following unlikely scenarios:
    • If you notice any damage to the product or if you have received the wrong item, please check it upon delivery and contact us immediately so we can assist you with resolving the issue.
    • The product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery (Required picture immediately)
    • The product has expired by the time of delivery.
  • If you have any discrepancies with your delivery, feel free to get in touch with us within 24 hours of the order being marked as delivered. Don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions about returns at hello@pahadihatti.in 

Cancellation:

  • We can only process order cancellation requests if the product has not been shipped yet.
  • If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund.
  • Dhudua Produce Private Limited - Pahadi Hatti has the authority to revoke or reject any order placed for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, incorrect information, or issues with the customer's personal/financial details.

Refund Policy:

    • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will update you on the status of your refund. 
    • If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to be reflected.
