SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Here at Pahadi Hatti, we are dedicated to providing you with efficient and secure delivery services. We have established partnerships with reputable courier companies such as BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, and more to ensure a smooth shipping process..

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  • We offer Standard shipping on all orders within India.
  • Orders are typically dispatched from Kangra, Himachal and usually takes between 4-5 working days to deliver pan-India, subject to stock availability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Currently, we do not offer international shipping services. Should a purchase be made, the customer will need to pay the full cost of shipping.

ORDER TRACKING:

You will receive notifications regarding your order status via email and SMS. Moreover, you can easily track your order on our website in the "My Orders" section.

RETURN POLICY:

  • We will initiate a return process and work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. You can cancel your order from the "My Orders" or "Track Order" sections of our website, or by contacting us via email or phone.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, our return policy applies.
