How to Make Soft & Delicious Makki Roti:

• Make a smooth dough with 1 cup “Pahadi Hatti’s Makki flour” and warm water, cover and set aside for 10 mins
• Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into circles.
• Place the rolled-out dough on a preheated tawa and cook on both sides until lightly browned.
• For added flavor, puff the rotis over an open flame on gas stove or a desi chulah.
